  • Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Damages

  • LOUD AND CLEAR BOX is not liable for items damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, email nick@loudandclearbox.com for assistance with filing a claim.

  • Please retain all packaging and damaged items for your claim.

International Shipping

  • Flat-rate international shipping is available for qualifying orders.

  • Additional processing time (3–5 business days) may apply.

  • If we cannot process your order, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes.

  • These charges vary by country and cannot be calculated by LOUD AND CLEAR BOX.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on international orders.

  • International shipping fees are non-refundable; refunds apply only to product value.
